These conditions govern the sale of products through the Mia Bag website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

PRODUCTS
The products for sale include bags, accessories, and clothing items, which can also be customized.
The images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations in color, finish, or detail compared to the actual product, without this constituting a defect of conformity.
Patches and metal initials are placed manually at the discretion of the laboratory. Each product is handcrafted and customized by hand: small variations or slight imperfections make each piece unique and are not to be considered defects.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
These products include all items modified through the site configurator, including patches, initials (including MB initials), logos, additional Mia Bag logos, or decorative elements from the Mia Bag line.
The legal guarantee of conformity remains valid in the event of a defective product or one not conforming to the order.
Once the order is confirmed and production has started, customized products cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability is indicative and may vary. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.
PAYMENTS
The following payment methods are accepted: credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Scalapay, and Klarna.
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
LIABILITY
Mia Bag is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to force majeure or the courier, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
Small differences in color or finish compared to online images do not constitute a defect of conformity.
For any problems or complaints regarding orders, the customer can contact customer service via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING ZONE
Shipments are made in Italy and abroad.
PREPARATION TIMES
Orders are generally prepared within 2-5 business days.
For customized products, times may be longer depending on the required processing.
For urgent or particular needs, please contact us via WhatsApp or email to check the possibility of priority handling.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 business days from shipment, unless otherwise indicated or due to force majeure.
In any case, unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of the products will take place within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, as provided for by art. 61 of the Consumer Code.
COURIER
Shipments are made via UPS or another equivalent courier.
Import costs and duties in case of shipment outside the European Union are always the responsibility of the end customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The indicated times are estimated and not guaranteed. Any delays not attributable to Mia Bag will not give rise to compensation claims, without prejudice to consumer rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without obligation to provide reasons, for non-customized products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to contact customer service via email or WhatsApp, indicating the order number and the product concerned by the request.
Customer service will verify if the product is eligible for return and will provide instructions for its return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Only non-customized items can be returned.
- The product must be unused, intact, with original labels and packaging.
- Shipping, customs and import costs for the return are at the customer's expense.
- After receiving and verifying the item, Mia Bag will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded and will be retained.
REFUNDS
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
The seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, valid for 24 months from delivery.
In case of a defect of conformity, the customer has the right to free repair or replacement of the product, or – if not possible – to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Defects must be reported within two months of discovery, by contacting Mia Bag at the indicated addresses.
