Customization

Choose the product you like, select the color, material, and personalization (initials, patches, details).
You'll see a real-time preview and then add it to your cart.
Your product will then be made.

You can add 1 to 6 letters.
You can choose the font, text color, and position.
Some bags also support full names (check the available options on the selected product page).

Most models are customizable.
Customizable products have a "Customize it" badge on the product page.
If you don't find the option, please write to us at online@monicabianco.com; we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.

Personalized products may take 1–3 business days to process, in addition to shipping times (2–4 days in Italy). For gifts or specific dates, we recommend ordering in advance.

Yes! The configurator shows a real-time visual preview as you choose colours, materials, and initials.
You will also receive an order summary before checkout with all the details; if you have any questions before production, please contact us.

Shipping and Returns

For catalog products, delivery usually takes 2-4 working days in Italy (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and 5-10 days for Europe.
However, for customized products, preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the level of customization required.
Generally, customized orders take a few more working days compared to standard products.

Personalised products are made to order.
For this reason, return conditions may differ from those for non-personalised items.
We recommend that you always check the updated conditions before purchasing on the terms and conditions page.

Yes, as soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive the email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or write to us at online@monicabianco.com.

Product Care

For leather, use a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt.
Avoid harsh detergents, solvents, or excessive water.
For a deeper clean, we recommend specific leather care products. Always allow to air dry, away from direct heat sources.

Customizations are made using hot stamping or embroidery techniques, both durable over time.
They are resistant to daily use, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and not rubbing the customized areas vigorously during cleaning, to preserve their clarity over time.

Store the bag in the dust bag provided with each product.
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
To maintain its shape, you can fill it with tissue paper.
Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it or storing it squashed.
