How does the customization service work?
Choose the product, access the configurator on the product page, and customize the color, material, and initials. You can view a real-time preview before adding to your cart. For more complex requests, you can also write to us directly using this form.
How long does it take to receive a customized product?
Preparation and shipping times may vary based on the level of customization required. Generally, custom orders require a few more business days than standard products.
Can I come to the boutique to customize my bag?
Of course! In-store, you can touch the materials, choose colours in person, and receive advice from our staff. Use the Store Locator page to find the nearest boutique and its opening hours.
Can I change or cancel a custom order?
Customized products are made to order. For this reason, return conditions may differ from non-customized items. We recommend that you always check the updated conditions before purchasing on the terms and conditions of sale page.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.
